Greg Yank is the owner of GY Consulting & Facilitation Services LLC. The primary focus of Mr. Yank's work is with business owners in St. Clair, Madison and Monroe Counties in Illinois as the franchise owner for The Alternative Board® (TAB) providing peer advisory boards and executive coaching services to small and medium size business owners.

Mr. Yank also provides consulting expertise and executive coaching to several healthcare organizations and other companies and business owners. His core competencies are in the following areas:

• Planning and then facilitating company retreats/planning sessions
• Strategic planning
• Assisting fiduciary boards of directors to better understand their roles and responsibilities in governance, how best to work/communicate with executive management and continuing board development and education.

He resides with his spouse, Catherine Taylor Yank, in O'Fallon, IL and is an actively involved in his community, county and internationally through his long time association with Rotary International.
