About The Alternative Board® (TAB)

The Alternative Board (TAB) is the largest franchise system in the world providing peer board and coaching services for business owners.TAB organizes peer advisory board meetings of owners, CEOs and presidents of privately owned companies. TAB members discuss their opportunities and challenges in a relaxed, confidential atmosphere. You are surrounded by other successful business leaders who will provide you with the continuing education, best practices and peace of mind you need to grow your business.

Over 100 business owners belong to TAB Boards® in the St. Louis and metro east area. Internationally, TAB has worked with thousands of businesses.

The TAB Process

Each TAB Board® consists of up to 10 non-competing CEO's, presidents and business owners who improve their businesses by attending monthly board meetings facilitated by a professionally trained TAB-Certified Facilitator. Each member also meets monthly with the facilitator for private coaching and consulting. During the monthly TAB board meetings, you'll have the opportunity to view things from a broader perspective and avoid mistakes by learning how peers solved similar problems and getting practical affordable advice.
